The wings of the X-Glide V2 foil are designed with a moderate aspect ratio of 7.2, making them an ideal choice for beginner and intermediate riders. This aspect ratio, which combines both accessibility and performance, allows for easy and stable progression. The wings provide a smooth and gradual takeoff thanks to their increased lift. The refined profile and thickness of the X-Glide V2 wings enhance glide, allowing riders to reach high speeds effortlessly while offering excellent glide. In terms of maneuverability, the wings' outline makes it easy to carve beautiful turns, while their compactness due to the mid-aspect ratio ensures simple and smooth transitions.

To make the X-Glide V2 foil as affordable as possible for beginner and intermediate riders, we chose to manufacture the front wings out of fiberglass with carbon reinforcements and an outer skin of exposed prepreg carbon. This bi-composite construction allows us to offer an accessible foil while providing mechanical properties and rigidity that are more than sufficient for its intended use. By avoiding an entirely carbon construction, we were able to reduce costs and make our sport more accessible to a wider audience. The other components of the foil are made of aluminum, while the Glide 220 stabilizer is made of carbon, ensuring a good balance between performance and cost.

To achieve our goals of strength and stability, we redesigned the connection with the front wing. Our new system ensures a solid connection, with perfectly controlled and rigid axes of movement. This new assembly also guarantees extreme durability for the front wings, making it ideal for riders who want to jump and practice freestyle.

The X-Glide V2 foil will support your progression thanks to its modularity: all wings and stabs from the 2024 range HS-Glide, XS-Glide, Flare, Swell, and Pump are compatible with the fuselage of this pack.

When you purchase our X-Glide V2 foil, you receive a complete set of equipment ready to ride: the X-Glide V2 front wing, the stabilizer, the mast, the fuselage, as well as the plate and the mast/fuselage connector. Additionally, a full set of hardware and a wrench are included to help you assemble your foil quickly and get on the water right away. You will also receive a detailed user manual and a specially designed transport bag to carefully store and transport all your foil components.

The X-Glide V2 foil is offered in a package with our 85 cm aluminum mast. This mast height is the most versatile for beginners and progression on all types of water.

Providing the best balance between affordability and rigidity, this mast ensures an excellent connection between the rider and the foil, delivering the most direct sensations possible.

The fuselage of the X-Glide V2 is made from aluminum and includes a sacrificial anode to prevent oxidation. This design ensures increased durability of the foil, protecting it from corrosion and extending its lifespan. The plate and mast/fuselage connector are also aluminum, while all the hardware is made from stainless steel, providing additional resistance to marine conditions.

The X-Glide V2 comes with the Glide 220 stab. This stab is specially designed to enhance glide while providing great stability, making progression easier.

You can then adjust your foil's performance by simply changing the stabilizer: choose a smaller Glide stabilizer for increased speed and glide, or switch to the Carve stabilizer for more radical maneuverability. This flexibility allows you to tailor your equipment to your riding style and personal preferences.
