Our Glide Air pack is the best compromise between performance and ease of use. Ready to ride, it is composed with the Glide Air board, the Wing V2 and the X-Glide V2 foil. The significant advantage of the Glide Air pack is that you can store it entirely in a closet, or in an apartment, then embark it in any small car, and presto!
The pleasures of wing foil without the fuss are yours. Also, for globetrotters, the Glide Air pack will be your perfect travel companion. The Glide Air is a board that will suit beginners and more advanced level riders who want an easy-to-use board. Thanks to the reinforced Drop Stitch combined with the pre-impregnated carbon plate, the Glide Air is a very rigid inflatable board. Lightweight and durable, inflatable boards are impact resistant and rarely get damaged. For those who prefer strapped riding, the Glide Air is equipped with Y-shaped foot strap inserts (foot straps sold as an option).

The X-Glide V2 is our magic foil. It is an evolving foil, ideal for beginners and progressing to an advanced level in wing foil. Accessible and stable thanks to the mid-aspect shape of the X-Glide V2 wings, it is a tolerant foil that offers immense potential for progression. Versatile, the X-Glide V2 can also open the doors of surf foiling, SUP foiling, and even dock starting. Thanks to its modularity with the entire Takoon range, you can use it simply by changing your front wings and stabs.

The Glide Air is available in 5 sizes, from 90L to 185L. This wide range of volume makes it the ideal board for beginners. In case of shocks, no big bruises! Falls on an inflatable board are less traumatic. The Glide Air, transportable with its backpack and inflatable in a few minutes on the spot, will also be the best ally for travelling riders without compromising comfort. Also, it will be the ideal board for riders who do not have the space to store a rigid board.
As for the Wing V2, in this pack, you can choose from the entire range: from 2.5m² to 7m². With nine sizes available, you will necessarily find a wing adapted to your size and the strength of the wind on your spot. The Wing V2 is our best-seller at Takoon: it's easy to ride and can do everything! Stable, light and efficient, it is an accessible wing allowing you to start quickly. And, when you have progressed, we promise you that you will not be able to part with it since it also excels in surfing, downwind, freestyle, or even racing.
The X-Glide V2 foil completes this pack. It is a foil designed to transform you from zero to hero: it will accompany you from your first flight to an advanced level. In addition, the X-Glide V2 will open the doors to many foil disciplines: wingfoil, SUP foil, surf foil and even dock start. Combined with its modularity with the entire Takoon range, you will keep it for a long time! In this pack, you can choose from the whole range of X-Glide V2 front wings, from 1200 to 1950cm². Compose your Glide Air pack according to your size. For beginners, we recommend: the Glide Air 4’10’ of 90L for young people and small riders under 60kg; the 5’3 of 110L for riders up to 75kg; the 5’6 of 145L for people between 75 and 85kg; the 6’0 of 160 for riders from 85 to 90kg and more; and finally, the 6’6 is to for riders from 90kg. These two larger sizes (6'0 and 6'6), are dedicated to beginners and have two side fins to allow you better control of the course of your board. This way, you can take your time before taking off without stressing about drifting too fast downwind. For riders looking for an easy-to-carry board to explore the world, the Glide Air 4’10 90L and 5’3 110L will be the boards for you. Just remember that inflatable boards, by their shape with round rails, give the impression of being less stable than a rigid board at equal volume.
Our wing V2 is available from 2.5m² to 6m², plus a 7m², in other words: the choice is yours! You will inevitably find the wing V2 adapted to your size. For a quiver with a single wing, we recommend the 4m² for -65kg; the 5m² for riders from 65kg to 85kg; and the 6m² for heavier riders over 85kg. To narrow your choice, consult our size guide at the top of the page. The lighter you are, the more you can go on a small wing surface. But, remember that you have to adapt these recommendations to your local conditions, i.e. if you only have very light winds on your spot, then opt for a larger wing, and vice versa if you only have strong winds. Also, depending on your level, the volume of your board and your pumping skills, you can adapt the surface of your wing. It is up to you to make your choice!
The X-Glide V2 foil will be your ally in all conditions, but be careful to choose a wing surface adapted to the strength of the wind and your size. In summary, the lighter you are, the more you will go on a small foil wing surface, and vice versa. The force of the wind will dictate your average speed, which generates the lift necessary to make you fly: for light winds, you have to use a reasonably large wing. The surface may be reduced with stronger conditions. Keep these two parameters in mind when choosing your wing. To refine your choice, consult our size guide, available at the top of the page. For beginners, we recommend the 1750cm² front wing for people under 85kg, and the 1950cm² for heavier riders over 85kg.
